Urban Cycling Skills I: Introduction to Cycling in Toronto
This introductory workshop will give you the basics of traffic dynamics in Toronto. You will get information from the experienced instructor as well as have the opportunity to share experiences with other students on practical and effective strategies for cycling in Toronto.
The cost is $15 plus GST ($15.75) to be paid, with your contact info, at CBN in order to reserve a spot. You can pay in person or through Paypal. There is a maximum of ten participants per course.

Urban Cycling Skills II: On the Road
Learn some effective cycling skills and become more comfortable on Toronto roads. Learn some good techniques for lane positioning, making left turns and dealing with streetcars and heavy traffic.
Urban Cycling Skills I is a prerequisite.
Urban Cycling Skills II is $30 plus GST ($31.50) to be paid, with your contact info, at CBN in order to reserve a spot. You can pay in person or through Paypal. There is a maximum of six participants per course.

All of our instructors have CAN-BIKE instructor training.
We are accommodating to your needs. We can arrange cycling seminars at your workplace or organization. Or we can do one-on-one with you or a client referred through a service agency. We've got experience with all of this.
