2015 Annual General Meeting

The Community Bicycle Network’s 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 15, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Learn about CBN’s most recent initiatives and how we plan to continue building on our successes of 2015. There are many great opportunities to get involved at every level, and no better time to join the discussion on important issues that help steer CBN into the future. You are our community and we value your input!

Attendees will also have the chance to enter a raffle to win cool prizes!

Please note: The building’s business centre is located on the second floor, which can be accessed through the elevators found at both 12 Yonge Street and 16 Yonge Street. Please let the concierge know that you are attending the Community Bicycle Network’s AGM. Alternatively, Scott Knight can be contacted through the building’s directory to provide access.

For those travelling by bicycle,  a bike rack is located at the north end of the building.

Fall Foodie Ride: Oct 7 from 2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



A special thank you to all those who came out to make our Fall Foodie Ride a HUGE Success!!

We had almost 20 people on the ride which made for a merry affair!

A big thank you to La Palette and Mr. Ciao for graciously hosting us and providing us with some great appetizers and pizzas to chow down on! Yum.

Also a special thanks to Curbside Cycle and Reflx Reflective Apparel for providing us with some cool prizes for our Cycling Safety and Cycling Infrastructure quizzes.


Calling all cycling and foodie enthusiasts! Join CBN for our final ride of the season! Hop on your bike and join us for an afternoon of beautiful fall foliage and unique Toronto food! We have partnered with two amazing restaurants, La Palette and Mr. Ciao to deliver this tour!

The Fall Foodie Ride: From France to Italy through Chinatown – Bicycle Tour

Celebrate the diversity of Toronto and join the discussion! We’re going on our final bicycle tour of the season as we explore two amazing restaurants and discuss the future of cycling in Toronto. Our focus will not only be the great food provided by La Palette and Mr. Ciaos but we’ve got games and prizes planned to ignite our discussion about the future of cycling advocacy in Toronto. What does your bicycle future look like?

START/FINISH POINTS: Trinity Bellwoods Park / Riverdale Park (Broadview & Gerrard)

LENGTH: Approx. 2.5 hours

FOCUS: Delicious foods from France to Italy through Chinatown + Cycling safety and advocacy

DIFFICULTY: Cycling through the down-town core on Toronto’s new cycling infrastructure!

CBN & MEC Outdoor Nation Ride to the Rouge Valley This Weekend


Hi there,

The Community Bicycle Network has received an Outdoor Nation Grant from MEC and we still have room for participants for a bike/camp trip that we have prepared!

It will take place this weekend (Sept 19/20) in Toronto.

The group will meet at MEC and ride to the Rouge Valley Campsite (roughly 45km-so we are asking for riders who can commit to the ride).

Food and equipment will be provided thanks to MEC and Parks Canada.
