Flat-fix/Intro to Bike Repair Workshops
The flat-fix/tune-up classes consist of:

Flat Fix - hands-on segment:

Participants will remove their own rear wheel and tire and go
through a tube repair and installation.

A brief discussion of:

Bike fit
General safety issues (loose parts, damage, etc)
Lubrication

Brakes - instructor demo/description:
General concepts and adjustment
Safety!

Gears and drive train - instructor demo/description:
general concepts and adjustment

Bearing adjustment - instructor demo/description (time permitting):

If time is tight, we'll try to at least discuss how to identify problems.
