The Toronto Renewable Energy Co-op is conducting Green City Cycle Tours of Toronto in collaboration with us.

These urban bike tours feature Toronto’s progressive renewable energy landscape.

    The flat-fix/tune-up classes consist of:

    Flat Fix - hands-on segment:

    • Participants will remove their own rear wheel and tire and go
    • through a tube repair and installation.


    A brief discussion of:

    • Bike fit
    • General safety issues (loose parts, damage, etc)
    • Lubrication

    Brakes - instructor demo/description:

    • general concepts and adjustment
    • safety!

    Gears and drive train - instructor demo/description:

    • general concepts and adjustment

    Bearing adjustment - instructor demo/description (time permitting):

    • if time is tight, we'll try to at least discuss how to identify problems

    Flat-Fix Tune-Up Repair Schedule (always 7pm to 10pm):
