Each session is $30, and a minimum of $10 is required to register and hold your place in the class. Class size is limited to 4.

Bring your attention and patience to this class, and expect to be very satisfied with what you can accomplish!

Please register in person at CBN, and plan to attend both Part I and Part II of these sessions.

Cable Replacement: the various types, when and how to. Demonstration and hands-on.

Brake Pad Replacement/ Adjustment: the various types (but only brief mention of disc, other hub brakes and hydraulics), when and how to. Demonstration and hands-on.

Derailleur Adjustment: front and rear, how to. Demonstration only.

The classes are taught by experienced mechanics and provide an intimate, focused, learning environment. The number of participants is limited to 6 per class.

The instructors are qualified professionals. The class outline is structured and focused to cover as much as possible in a relatively short amount of time. As a beginner to bike repair, we expect you will learn a lot and come away feeling much more comfortable with the workings of your machine. It is also an ideal refresher for someone who has taken a class in the past, or has some limited, but spotty experience. You will almost certainly learn some new techniques and tricks.

Intermediate Workshops 1 and 2 do not have to be taken together or in order.

Please bring your bike if possible.

You will probably get dirty, so dress accordingly!
